You can send a donation by check to the Pups for Peace program in one of three ways.

1. The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles accepts donations specifically for Pups for Peace through their Jews in Crisis Fund. Just make your check payable to Jewish Federation of LA/Pups for Peace. Your donation will go in its entirety to Pups for Peace. Since it is an established 501c3 entity (in IRS terms), your donation is tax deductible. The address is:

2. A critical partner for Pups for Peace is the Golan Fund, a non-profit organization based in the Golan Heights of Israel. The Golan Fund has been closely involved in the development of Pups for Peace and coordinates operations in Israel. Resources will be passed through and/or transferred to the Golan Fund to support the portion of the program that will operate in Israel as trained dogs and the program are moved to Israel. It is also a 501c3 entity and all donations made through the Golan Fund are tax deductible. You can send donations to Pups for Peace through the Golan Fund, making your check payable to Golan Fund/Pups for Peace. The address of their New York office is:

Due to the newness of the Pups for Peace organization, it has only recently filed for its official IRS status (501c3) that provides for the tax deductibility of donations. Although it is anticipated that this recognition will not be withheld, it is now pending.
